- Install and configure ADMEP software for new customers.
- Provide troubleshooting support to existing customers.
- Provide onsite and remote services to existing customers.
- Conduct user training sessions in classrooms and individual settings.
- Assist in testing and validating new software updates and releases.
- Update the support portal with new content.
Location: remote with travel.

Requirements:
- Five years of recent experience in an SAP ECC technical or functional area
- Understanding of SAP ECC application architecture and system landscapes
- Basic understanding of the SAP ECC data model
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and processes
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (oral/written) and teamwork skills.
- Fluency in English and at least one other European language is a must.
- Ability to work in a team environment, onsite and remotely, as well as independently with minimal supervision
- Technical documentation, organizational and technical presentation skills
- Ability to travel internationally, up to 35-45%
